History Uncovered: From Artifact to Argument
Description
This program takes us beyond textbooks and into the evidence itself. We will explore how historians and archaeologists use artifacts, landscapes, and material culture as vital sources of information—especially when written records are limited or absent. Participants will learn how everyday objects become clues, how evidence is interpreted, and how physical remains can shape powerful historical arguments about the past.
This is part of the History In Translation series and celebrates America's 250th.
