A Veil Across the Stars

A VEIL ACROSS THE STARS is a solo piano concert that explores the many musical and cultural influences that shape American identity. Performed by renowned pianist Clare Longendyke at Thrall's Opera House on September 19, 2026 at 4:30 p.m., this FREE program features music by living American composers alongside twentieth-century classics, highlighting perspectives and traditions that are often underrepresented on the classical concert stage.

This concert is also the formal inauguration of the newly-restored Corbin Heinl Steinway grand piano.
