I had so much fun at one of the cooking classes; we made Vietnamese cucumber salad and spring rolls with two versions of peanut sauce. Mary Beth is knowledgeable and entertaining and gets everyone involved hands on. The entire store is so much fun with a million things to look at and so many things you didn't know you needed! There's also a glass studio in the basement that offers classes. Whew! I'll be back for that next!
