Nice place, really liked checking out the old decor on the walls and I love these old type of buildings, so it's cool to sit in there a while and have some drinks and food. Great prices on coffee, though I found the sandwich to be a bit pricey by a margin of a dollar or two it doesn't bother me to pay that price as it was very delicious and the coffee was at a good price. I had the Ruben and Chai latte both I highly recommend.
