Booth spaces will be in the Ribyere event center and community house #2. They will be assigned by category and the building structure, as well as the needs of our participants. Electricity is available to some, but not all vendors, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Sorry, no refunds. Only vendors selling unique, quality or homemade items will be considered. We do not allow mass merchandise vendors unless they were grandfathered in.
8 foot tables are available to rent for an additional $10 but must be reserved ahead of time.
To have your name printed on the brochure, you should have your registration in by November 1. Once we receive your application, we will notify you of your acceptance. We continue to focus on improving our advertising in addition to press releases and we also use social media, radio, newsprint, posters, banners, and electric billboards. As vendors being active on social media means you're doing your part to promote and goes along way in advertising the event! Let's all promote this special event!
