Christmas in New Harmony Vendor Information:
We are excited to welcome vendors to Christmas in New Harmony, a beloved holiday tradition that brings thousands of visitors to our historic community each year. Our goal is to create a thoughtfully curated marketplace featuring unique, handcrafted, and quality items that complement the spirit of the season.

Vendor Space: Vendor spaces for Christmas in New Harmony are available within the Ribyere Event Center and Community House #2, as well as outdoor marketplace spaces along Main Street and Tavern Street. Indoor spaces within the Ribyere Event Center and Community House #2 are limited and will be assigned based on availability, vendor category, established vendor placement, and the overall layout of the festival. Some returning vendors have established indoor placements from previous years. If you would like to participate as an outdoor vendor, please select the outdoor vendor option on your application. This allows us to better accommodate vendor preferences and streamline the placement process. (All Indoor Vendor Spaces have been filled for 2026 Festival)

Once indoor spaces have reached capacity, remaining accepted vendors will be contacted to confirm their interest in participating as an outdoor marketplace vendor. Outdoor vendor placement will be coordinated to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience throughout the festival grounds. Vendor assignments are determined based on available space, product type, vendor needs, and the overall needs of the event. While we will make every effort to accommodate requests, specific locations cannot be guaranteed. Electricity is available in select locations for an additional $20 fee. Electrical requests must be made at the time of registration, and availability cannot be guaranteed in all vendor locations.

Outdoor vendors should be prepared for seasonal December weather and are responsible for providing appropriate tents, displays, tent weights, and weather protection unless otherwise specified by event organizers. Specific locations cannot be guaranteed.

Vendor Selection & Policies: Christmas in New Harmony is a juried event. Applications are reviewed carefully to ensure a diverse selection of vendors and a high-quality experience for both participants and visitors. Priority is given to vendors offering: Handmade or artisan-crafted items Unique, locally created products Specialty goods that align with the atmosphere of the festival mass-produced merchandise is not accepted unless approved. Vendor fees are non-refundable. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Tables & Booth Add-Ons Eight-foot tables are available to rent for an additional $10 each. Table rentals must be requested at the time of registration and cannot be guaranteed after vendor placements have been finalized.

Registration Deadline & Promotion: To be included in the official Christmas in New Harmony brochure, vendor applications must be received by November 1. Once your application has been reviewed, you will be notified of acceptance and provided with additional event details. Christmas in New Harmony promotes the event through a variety of channels, including press releases, social media, radio, print advertising, posters, banners, and digital advertising. We encourage all vendors to share and promote their participation through their own social media channels and customer networks as well. Together, we can help make this holiday celebration a success for everyone involved.
