Join author Michael Strezewski, Associate Professor of Anthropology at the University of Southern Indiana, at Thrall’s Opera House on Saturday, November 2 at 3:00 p.m. CST as he presents on his research that led to the publication of “Christoph Weber: Redware Potter of the Harmony Society, 1808 – 1853”. Based upon archaeological materials and investigations, with the support of historical documentation, Mike Strezewski has pieced together Christoph Weber’s material legacy as the master potter for the Harmonist Society and as a pioneer of the early nineteenth century ceramic industry within the United States. This event is free to the public.
